LOCATION, HOURS, & PARKING


LOCATION

The Performing Arts Center is located in downtown Tulsa on Cincinnati Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Streets.

Access to the Chapman Music Hall is on 3rd Street.

Access to the Williams, Doenges and Norman Theatres is on 2nd Street.

The main ticket office is located in the 3rd Street Lobby.

Doors open at 10:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, except for days when Tulsa Town Hall events are held, in which case, the doors open at 9 a.m.

The mailing address for the Tulsa Performing Arts Center is 110 E. 2nd St., Tulsa, OK 74103-3212.

PARKING

There are multiple opportunities for parking within walking distance of the building. The first is located directly to the east of the building, bordered by Detroit and Cincinnati Avenues and 2nd and 3rd Streets. There is also a parking lot directly south of the building and another on the southeast corner of Third and Cincinnati. There is also an underground parking garage that connects directly to our entrances and the Hyatt Regency Hotel, which can be accessed on 2nd Street. These parking areas are not owned or operated by the TPAC and will vary in price from lot to lot.

SECOND STREET THEATRES

(WILLIAMS THEATRE, DOENGES THEATRE, NORMAN THEATRE)

From 2nd Street: Use the north entrance located on 2nd Street. Once inside, the ticket office is located to your right. Take the grand staircase down to the Lower Lobby, which includes entrances to the three theatres, concession areas, restrooms and drinking fountains. Elevator access to the Lower Lobby can be found through the hallway to the right of the grand staircase, which should be taken to level L.

From the Parking Garage: Enter through the doors located on the east side of the garage. The doors on the Middle (Purple) and Lower (Blue) levels open almost directly into the Lower Lobby space. Please note, there is a small flight of stairs from each of these levels to the Lower Lobby, but an accessibility lift is also provided. From the Upper (Red) level, take the short flight of stairs, or the accessibility lift, down. If you need to pick up or purchase tickets, follow the hallway to your left to the ticket office, which will also be located on your left. To access the Lower Lobby, which includes entrances to the three theatres, concession areas, restrooms and drinking fountains, use the elevator to the right of where you entered and take it to level L.


THIRD STREET THEATRES

(CHAPMAN MUSIC HALL, WESTBY PAVILION, LAFORTUNE STUDIO)

Chapman, from 3rd Street: Use the south entrance located on 3rd Street. In the main Lobby, you will find the ticket office, coat check and restrooms along the back wall. The main bar is in the center of the lobby, and the concession areas are located on the right and lefthand sides of the lobby doors. All three levels can be accessed from the two elevators found on the west wall, which is to your left as you enter the building. The Orchestra entrance can be found on level O, the Mezzanine on level M and Balcony on level B. If you would rather, you may take either set of stairs to the left or right to the Orchestra Level. The Mezzanine and Balcony levels can only be accessed from the east stairwell, which is to your right as you enter the building.

Chapman, from Garage: From the street level, take the elevator on the southeast side of the parking garage to level G then follow the ramp to the main lobby.

Promenade/Chapman from 2nd Street: Use the north entrance located on 2nd Street. Follow the hallway to the right of the grand staircase, and take the elevator to Level P.

Promenade from 3rd Street: Use the south entrance located on 3rd Street. Take the west staircase, located on your left as you enter the building, up one flight and go through the glass doors.
